RFP: Stack Emissions Testing

ecomaine is furnishing this notice to solicit interested firms to perform annual compliance stack emissions testing in the September or October 2008 time frame at our waste-to-energy facility located at 64 Blueberry Road, Portland, Maine. The testing must be performed to demonstrate that it meets the requirements of Maine Department of Environmental Protection Regulations Chapter 121 and the United States Environmental Protection Agency regulations specifically 40CFR Part 60 subparts Cb and Eb, and 40CFR sec 60.58b compliance and performance testing. Acceptance of submissions ends Friday, July 25, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

RFP: TV Inspection/Cleaning of 8-Inch Force Main

ecomaine LANDFILL FACILITIES SOUTH PORTLAND AND SCARBOROUGH, MAINE

ecomaine is requesting proposals for the cleaning and television inspection of approximately 8,330 linear feet of 8 inch diameter force main pipe conveying landfill leachate from a pumping station near its pretreatment facility in South Portland to a Manhole near the easterly side of the intersection of Thomas Drive and Congress Street in Westbrook.

Sealed Proposals in envelopes clearly labeled FORCE MAIN CLEANING PROPOSAL and addressed to ecomaine, 64 Blueberry Road, Portland Maine 04102, c/o Thomas J Raymond, P.E., Landfill Manager will be received until 3:00p.m. Wednesday July 30, 2008.

RFP: Monitoring Groundwater

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING PROGRAM
ecomaine LANDFILL FACILITIES SOUTH PORTLAND ANDSCARBOROUGH, MAINE
ecomaine is requesting proposals for the continuation of its environmental monitoring program for the period beginning August 1, 2008 through June 30, 2011. Work includes groundwater and surfacewater sample collection, laboratory analysis, data management and reporting. The
monitoring program consists of three annual events and includes approximately 40 groundwater, surfacewater, leachate and treated effluent samples.
