Gallagher Hired by ecomaine (June 27, 2013)

Frank J. Gallagher has joined ecomaine as communications director, filling the position left vacant by the retirement of Shelley Dunn. Gallagher has 16 years of experience in journalism and public relations, most recently as proprietor of F.J. Gallagher & Associates, and is a graduate of the University of Maine, Orono. ecomaine is the nonprofit, recycling and waste-to-energy operation that serves 25 percent of the state’s population; it is owned by 21 communities and is located in Portland.
