Regional MSW/Recycling Collection Feasibility Study
ecomaine is seeking a qualified consulting firm to evaluate whether a regional trash and recycling collection program, managed by ecomaine and serving participating member communities across municipal lines, could improve efficiency and reduce costs. Firms must confirm their intent to submit by October 22, 2026, and proposals are due by end of day November 12, 2026.
