• Scarborough Annual Household Hazardous Waste Drop Off

    The Annual Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Drop Off Days for 2026 are as follows:

    Scarborough: Saturday, May 9th, 2026 (8 am - Noon) at 20 Washington Ave, Scarborough
    Saco: Saturday, July 11th, 2026 (8 am - Noon) at 15 Phillips Spring Road, Saco
    Biddeford: Saturday, September 12th, 2026 (8 am - Noon)  at 371 Hill Street, Biddeford

    Scarborough residents are welcome to participate in all three HHW Days at no cost. Proof of residency is required.

    Hosted & Organized by Prince Memorial Library, offered in partnership with the North Yarmouth Waste Reduction Committee.

    Swap out items from your spring/summer wardrobe! Bring your gently used, in-good-condition clothes and accessories. Pick up something new-to-you, if you wish. Clothing and accessories only. No shoes, please. Women's, men's, teens and kids clothes are all welcome. Please register so we can communicate with you in advance of the event.

    Bring a broken or damaged item to the Repair Fair! Volunteer fixers will be on hand for: Bike repair, lamps, electronics and small appliances, knife and tool sharpening, clothing repair/mending, wood & small furniture. This is a free event. Let's repair. See you there!
