Beeswax Wrap Workshop at the South Portland Library
ecomaine Event
Roughly 40% of plastics produced every year are designed for single-use packaging. Join us at South Portland's Main Library on Monday, October 19th at 2PM for a workshop that will cover the ins and outs of reducing plastic waste, the dos and don’ts of plastics recycling, and ways to swap out single-use plastics. At the end of the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to make their own reusable food wrap from fabric scraps and beeswax. Materials will be provided. To register, call the South Portland Library at (207)767-7660.
